My core / upper body is rubbish, so I have been working on it for a few months. I have actually progressed to a full push up but I can't go all the way. This is my son capturing my progress!!!!!

If your core and upper body are rubbish, what are mine?! I see those muscles on your upper arms girl, you're diing great. I can't do push ups for toffee and you look pretty darn strong in that photo.

I can do one or 2 full,ones but then have to get on my knees. it's all grist to the mill 😊 You run plenty of hills Ju so your abs will be strong by now, not to mention your legs!
I have not been doing any strength work at all! Guess that will change once winter comes and I can't do much on the plot
