Week 2 underway :)

Completed the first run of week 2 this morning and was surprised with how ok I felt! I had originally planned to run on Friday, but had a gastritis attack on Wednesday night and thought I'd wait until I felt 100% again (and had caught up on missed sleep!).

I have to say, it was good to be outside rather than on the treadmill like the last run - I definitely know which I prefer :) And I got to try out my new long-sleeved top which I bought in Decathlon last Sunday!
