Had a great morning running 10K in the grounds of Blenheim Place. The conditions were perfect and the landscape was beautiful on a bright autumn morning. Finished in 1 hour and 3 mins, so very pleased.
Good luck to a the newbies on Couch to 5K. If I can run, anyone can!

Well done! How did you make the transition from 5 to 10k - did you follow a programme like c25k?
I am wondering the same as Rosie958 how you built up to 10k. I made it to 8k a few weeks after graduating then got injured and had 2 weeks out. Been running 5ks for a couple of months and now trying to follow bridge to 10k app. Did first run of it this morning and enjoyed it. Would appreciate any tips
