Well, sort of.

This morning I was on "scanning duties" at my local parkrun but the alarm clock decided to sabotage me... the 3km I ran from my apartment to the starting line were the fastest of my life. XD

Let's see if I can repeat the performance next week, as a participant.

Happy running to Everyone!

ha ha! I can just imagine you Secan! running down the road with a piece of toast in your mouth, trailing your clothing along with you.

Good luck for that pb next week!

Well done for getting there in time. That's the secret to success: put the pressure on!

When we least expect..... you'd better not set the alarm clock next week......

Did you run your planned park run Saverio? And was it faster than the sabotage alarm attack last week :)

I did, and it was a pretty slow one (35min 12sec).

Since I went back to running after the injury I am struggling a bit with my pace; I am always "afraid" to push my knee too much. But that's ok for now, I still have time to train for Tokyo 2020... 😝
