No excuse for not training for my March 10k now. I should be able to run with the breeze!!!!!!!! love them, I will have purple power! I was advised on a wider fit than my old ones AND a further half size bigger..........no wonder I was beginning to get tender toes now I am trying to run further. Well worth going to a specialist Runners shop!
The armbands are from Aldi £1.99 for two, thanks misswobble for the pointer, brilliant for my early morning runs😃 My first bit of bling!

They look good! Yes, always need more room as feet swell when running, but then not too much, should be about a thumbs width of space from the end of the longest toe(usually the big toe) to the front of the shoe, hold it secure through the midfoot, with little or no slippage at the heel. my usual casual shoe size is a 9 but in a running shoe is 10-10.5😊
That's great to know ju-ju, can't wait to try them in the morning......feels like Christmas Eve lol😀
Look good . Used to put those lights on my dogs collar when walking evenings and early mornings. I have some strapped on my bike to use in emergency should my light fail.
Passers by used to say "I se your Jess is all ready for xmas". You might get same comments !
