It's a great feeling. Completed 10K (in 65 minutes though). Never expected it to be this difficult. It was a long 4 month journey and have reached my goal a week earlier then I had planned.
Next week's target is to try and complete the distance under an hour
Will keep going.......
Excited.......

In my case I did not have any problems for my 5k but faced quadriceps issues that made me approach my 10K goal with more care. This meant more time for warm up sessions and few consultations with the sports therapist.
'There's a badge for that' - pop on over to the Bridge to 10K forum where you can have a well earned 10k badge (I don't remember whether you are eligible for a C25K graduate badge here?)
Well done on your first 10k and a good time too! It's a really rewarding distance to run isn't it? You might be interested in the 'Bridge to 5k' and 'Marathon and Race Support' forums. Quite a few of us from here pop back and forth! Are you training for a specific race?
Well done.... and go easy on yourself with your targets, be realistic with goals, and I would focus on 'bedding in' that distanceand doing some interval sessions too that will help with your goal. π
