I have been feeling rubbish all week and I missed Mondays run but contemplating a run today. Mine has been a head cold but the pressure in my ears made me quite dizzy, running like a drunkard is not my style. I still have a cough and a bit of congestion in my head so to run or not to run? I also have a new garmin forerunner watch that has yet to go out! Oh decisions !

If it's above the neck you are good to go, if you feel up for it. The run might help loosen any head congestion you have. Take a big hankie and be prepared to use it 😊

Excellent advice from miss wobble , anything below your neck needs rest , above and you can dabble :-)
