W7 R2 ticked off (as in completed, not told off or anything like that)

Commenced run 2 with a bit of trepidation as still had some aches from my R1 on Saturday, I went out for a quick 10 mile sprint on the bike in Saturday, but don't think that should mess with the programme too much. Anyway, the run worked out fine and I managed to finish it with no real issues.

I've been reading about people's challenges with those pesky gremlins who sit in your shoulder and whisper in your ear; well my gremlins set in quite early within the first 5 mins, however, if I give them a damn good ignoring and make it to 10 minutes running they seem to vanish.

Going to give my knees a rest for a couple of days and will finish W7 R2 on Thursday and hopefully start week 8 on Saturday 😅

Those gremlins, they just hate being ignored...:)

The cycling should help, too, in the long-term...:)

That's a brilliant pace and speed! All with a 10 mile bike ride too - hugely impressive! Great work. You'll be at 5k before you know it!
