Something uplifting? I don't have a playlist as it totally depends on my mood. One of my jogs I did to a whole Dire Straits album and the following jog was all dance music. I have also jogged to Linkin Parc and Michael Jackson. I probably find dance music the most uplifting so usually jog better with that but sometimes the beat can be annoying. Sorry not much help I am afraid.

I buy em off t'internet and drag and drop them onto my mp3 icon on my computer. Not very techy me but I managed it.

Most of mine were freebies with the Bridge to 10k podcasts.

I have Spotify on my phone, there are lots and lots of free tunes on there . They have some absolutely brilliant playlists on there , you can also save particular tunes to make your own playlist. I have the free version , there are a couple of adverts but I tend not to hear them after a while, you just get used to them.

I love all different kinds of music as long as its got a good beat to it , its okay by me ! :-) xxx

I used the podcasts for C25K - no messing with playlists for the duration.

I bought myself an album of 101 running songs for graduation, it's been really interesting as there's plenty of music on there I wouldn't otherwise have come across. I still use it sometimes... but don't overlook the possibilities of borrowing a digital audiobook from your local public library (or buying) or using speech based podcasts. They are much less prone to making you aware of time passing.

I convert YouTube vids to mp3 and then download. Cheap way to create a playlist!

I did that once, then forgot how to do it. Doh!

Not much help and not really my cup of tea usually but Sigma/Take That Cry is a great song to run to - really good beat :-)

I think it is nice to run to thexmusic you listened to when you were young (I'm 50). It makes you feel young again and that makes me at least feel happy. I also listen to some of my parents' music, what they played at home and what was on the radio that we'd all sing along to in the car on our long car journeys. Someone on here told me a lot of Beatles' songs have agood beat to run to and I've found thatvto be true.

my teenager showed me how to convert youtube videos and download them to my mp3 player so that is what I do.
