Pleased to report that today's run went really well - managed the full 30 mins of jogging along our usual seafront prom route. I've come to the conclusion I am a much better cold weather runner since today's 13 degrees was much easier than last Thursdays mid 20's! I'm actually looking forward to Autumn for the first time ever (now if only it would stop raining once in a while...)

One down, two to go!! Getting excited☺

PS I'm told that cooler weather can add as much as twenty percent to one's hot weather performance. Something to look forward to .😁
