Yippee! I finished week nine, run 3 on 18th August , 4.55 km in 38 minutes.
Really pleased with the Couch to 5k programme, it's brilliant. I will head for the Stepping Stones overy the next few weeks in preparation for Kidlington'fun run in September.
Each and every one of you is amazing and together we can do this.
