My lovely husband gave me a present...

Just in time for the first run of week 7 he produced a lovely new pair or running shoes. He said he my old one were looking a bit tatty. I'd been coveting the new ones on the Nike website and was going to treat myself after graduation. They're lovely and bouncy and really comfortable. Only problem is they're so bright they dazzle me! Now he's saying the rest of me is looking a bit tatty so I sense some new running tops on the horizon too

The run went well but it was so hot! I've been drinking water since I got back and still have a dehydration headache. Hope it cools down a bit for r2 on Thursday.

Are they Pegasus, Vomero? ? I did 500 k in my Pegasus'. They were still in great nick, apart from they'd lost their oomph but fine for walking up and down, dog walks etc ☺

So far so good. Though today was a bit of a struggle. The muggy weather made it hard work this morning, though I did go 130 meters further than I did on Tuesday.
