I'm just a relative newbie too, so this isn't advice (I'm sure there will be lots of good advice from the established runners) but starting out I've found every run there is a new, different niggle, which has usually gone in a run or two. I'm putting it down to teaching my old legs new tricks! I guess if it was painful then it shouldn't be ignored though.

Good advice from Betty. Try slowing down a tad, newbies tend to go off too fast, carry on carefully, if it persists try taking an extra days rest, and checkout your running shoe's. Remember! Slow & steady!
Well done on what you've already achieved, keep it up!😊
