Well tried the stamina podcast and due to a combination of the weather and a slight niggle at the back of my left knee called it a day and will rest up until Friday and try week 9 again

The music leaves a lot to be desired on the stamina one doesn't it😩

Is your knee okay? You need to cut out all that 'leaping buildings in a single bound' stuff ;) Seriously, look after it.

I'm going back to week 9 for a few weeks now (definitely didn't get on with one, two, three, for crying out loud)!

Certainly does I'm not into techno for want of a better name. The knee is something I have had before it is fine now I am going to rub some voltarol into it and rest up for a couple of days. I might try the c25+ again later like next year

It was sticky as opposed to humid I will now do what my two ladies tell me to do and rest for a few days

Yep I agree with the resting up for a bit , and giving your knee a chance to recover .

Your trainers will be waiting by the door for you when youre ready again xxx

Techno? - I would kneecap myself if it got me out of listening to that 'music' ;)

Best of luck with the 'sensible resting days' and when you are out again for either a 'practice' day or your 'success' day :)

As Ellymeg said: 'consolidation is good'. At the mo it's me (or it will be), my ipod and a basic garmin (which I will NOT be dictated to by again). Take it steady when you get back out there.

I might just walk it tomorrow and start again properly on Monday at the moment i have no pain but will probably ice spray again tonight
