Week 3 Run 1

Did it this morning and I have to say that I'm already feeling like I have a bit more stamina and that I wasn't as tired at the end of the run, though maybe it's just a placebo effect! I think I'm getting used to pacing myself better which was a wee bit of a problem the first few runs.

Well done with this run. The pacing is so important. Slow is definitely better. Worry about the speed in week 10 onwards :-)

Well done! It can definitely take a couple of weeks to work out our pace and to allow our bodies to get the hang of what we're asking of it. You've got it now, keep going, you'll be at Week 9 before you know it! :)
