Its a bit wibbly wobbly but this gives you a flavour of the fun of running on a trail.... The noise is an aeroplane- I live by an airport!!!

That looks brilliant (but what colour were the backs of your legs when you got home) How level was the trail you were on? It was difficult to tell with the movement. I do wish there was a forest or wood or something similar near me! I love the idea of a 'lonely run' somewhere that looks like that.

It's called Goblin Coombe and its right on my doorstep, however it's a 2 mile climb up to the top!!! It's not easy but it is fun....

How wonderful to live near something like that. I just Googled it and even the description is gorgeous! "a gorge cut into the limestone by melting snow and ice during the last ice age" Fabulous
