Just been looking at the date I joined this site July 2015 and my posts in relation to Week 1 to Week 9 of my journey via C25K, wow I did it.

Since graduating I have upped my mileage a little, have completed a couple of half marathons Newport half March 6th and Cardiff half 26th March and a few 10K's.

I am going to share one piece of advice that I got from a gent (cant remember who) on this site and it was SLOW DOWN, take your time, though to be honest I got a lot of support and advice from everyone on here. yes have had good runs, bad runs and in-between runs.

So to people just starting out or feel as if they are not getting anywhere KEEP AT IT YOU WIL.

:)
