It's taken me ages to get here. Too many rest days in between its raining I'm too busy it's too hot any excuse would do. Anyway repeated week four 3 times after getting to wk5 r2 and finally today did the 20 mins😆still a long way to go but with the help of Sarah milligan and scouting for girls ill get there!

You sure will! ☺ Give up on the excuses. Just run. Resistance is futile 😊

Congratulations! Believe me, that is one HUGE hurdle you've just overcome. Running shoes on, excuses in the cupboard and you'll be graduating before you know it :)

Thing is when I go I really enjoy it and have such a sense of achievement when I complete on. I just need to get on with it! My son in law swears you become addicted to running not sure that will ever be true in my case but we'll see!

Keep with the programme and it will creep up on you, check in here and the encouragement just keeps you going!

Earlier this year, there is no way that I could have imagined that I would have togged up and gone out in the pouring rain with glee! Or got up extra early to go out in the 'less hot' air to bag a run! I can only think it is some sort of fairy dust that gets sprinkled through the forum!! Oh! and the fab forumites that cry and laugh with you and make you 'man/woman-up' and just get on with it😉
