One day left to complete week 2 - on the whole body is holding up except for left knee which is starting to twinge. Hopefully it gets easier and that I stop craving sugary snacks πŸ˜”

You are doing very well! Be careful not to injure yourself, though. If your knee is playing up, perhaps add another rest day in between your running days and add some brisk walking on those days. And with regards to craving snacks. You are burning quite a few calories when you run so you can probably afford to spend some calories on a postrun snacks. But make it a resonably healthy one that builds you up πŸ‰πŸ‡πŸ‘πŸŒπŸ“πŸ’

Good going! Keep an eye on the twinge and, like Iben says, make sure you have enough rest if it's bothering you. It's also good to make sure your shoes are appropriate for your gait too as this can add to niggles. Enjoy your last run of week 2 :)
