Enjoy the day while out on your walk How long have you had your cough I only ask because when I was in the Air Force we had a 3 day rule which was if it hadn't gone we went to see the Doc

Thanks - I rather think it will be a lovely walk. I went down with a cold last Tuesday and the cough started Friday-ish? Not worried just yet as it's a direct follow on from the cold. A tad frustrated tho!

I agree it does get you down but the body is amazing and sometimes it's gone before you know it

Had a fab brisk walk (even better once I got to the woods). It helped to iron out the kinks of not exercising for a week (NEVER thought I'd say that!). So will keep going out and when I'm ready to run I'll run - although I tried a few practice steps to make sure I could still do it!

Thankyou! So do I... never thought I'd take to it so much but it's already been life changing in lots of ways. I'm not sure now whether the symptoms have been exacerbated by hay fever - I don't normally suffer but these are exceptional times!
