Couch to 5K

W4 R3 Done!

Got up at 0545 this morning (not seen that hour since I was in my thirties and rolling home after a night out). Completed week 4 ! I am chuffed to likkle mintballs about it ! It was so hot even at that time, I knew there was no way I could have done it after work in 34 degree heat. Anyway, I seem to have done summat to my right thigh and butt cheek as it's "twinging" when I walk. Thinking about maybe having 2 rest days, what do you guys think?

PS - Grinning like a Cheshire Cat sat here at my desk :)

Hooray, big well done to you! Especially in the heat! I'd say see how you feel in two days time, if you still feel twinges then leave it another day. Trust your body and you'll gradually learn the kinds of aches you can run off and those you have to rest. If in doubt, an extra rest day won't hurt (although you'll probably be itching to run by Thursday!).
