So got out and ran my last 5k prep run for Sunday's RFL..
Not fast not easy but I CAN now run 5k .. proved it to myself enough times now that I actually believe it
So bring it on.. this old c25ker running Sunday for my dear dear step sister who fought so long and hard.. she was always a winner in my eyes.. sadly cancer won in the end
Be strong everyone fight hard and reach those goals x

You will have a ball , Ive done a coupla these and although they are very emotional , they are also very uplifting . There will be a lot of survivors running too, and its just so heart warming to see .
Run with with your lovely Sis in your heart, she would be so proud of you xxx
You'll do great on Sunday. Any event will spur you on past what you thought you could accomplish. I'm sure this run will be both very exciting and very emotional. Happy running.
Keep to your own run, try not to go out too fast. Keep turning those legs round steadily, if you start to flag just try and keep the cadence going even if your stride shortens.
