Hi I started running doing c25k Jan 2015 and am really enjoying it. However since twisting my ankle badly last year (while walking) and keep on getting pain in that foot I have now found out I have the above conditions. I really would like to carry on running as I love it but as now get pain on walking and running don't know whether I should give it up for good - will it make the tendinitis and oa worse or whether to keep trying to run. If anyone has any knowledge I'd be very grateful.
