Just finished week 8 and I can't believe I start wk 9 next week. I could nt have done it with out all the sound advice and encouragement from all you lovely people. I have nt lost a pound in weight but my body shape has changed. The best bit is my mental ability to clear my mind and believe I can do it. If nothing else my mind is fitter!

Good work! I'm at the same point as you, 3 runs to go and then no more Laura 😬!

I'm at the same stage too and still can't believe it. Week 9 starts tomorrow, following a friends 50th birthday celebrations tonight. Not yet at the stage where I can do 5k in 30 mins, but running 30 mins is a huge achievement in just 9 weeks.

Happy birthday for tomorrow.

The idea of running non stop for 30 min seems really daunting when you start the c25k but it really doesn't take that long, does it? It is pretty amazing what our bodies can do if we go about things the right way and that makes you feel that suddenly lots of things are possible. Well done getting this far, enjoy w9.
