Just done week 5 run 2: well wasn't that fab? Didn't find the first run as tough as other first runs (usually takes my legs a few mins to get in on the game!), had energy left at the end of it and tackled an incline I've avoided so far. All in the rain (not the woossy drizzle I was complaining about last time!). Less energy left at the end of run 2 but that was because I ran faster (sorry!). I'm clear in my head about Friday and it was all done in a rather fetching purple rain jacket. Plus, I did some of it on the streets and there were proper people around - not just dog walkers and other runners... smiley face (my sensible computer doesn't let me do such things). Have a happy day people.

Well done - sounds like you're doing really well. A real runner now, out in all weathers!

Sounds good. I have always put off runs in the rain but that's because I am very clumsy and don't need much excuse to call over on slippery surfaces. Like the idea though.
