After the lovely replies to my post yesterday I just re read my post - didn't mean to mislead. When I said a minute off I didn't mean less i meant more!! ooops!

Thought it was good to be within a minute of my PB after such a bad few weeks!

Thank you for all the lovely support of this forum and sorry for the mistake!

Hey - a minute more is still a great run. PBs are exciting for a reason, they don't come often. :)
