Nose bleeds

I don't usually suffer from nose bleeds but have had two post running in recent weeks. I did a bit of reading and the Internet said it can happen post exercise especially in warm weather.

I don't have blood pouring out but it's not pleasant. Has anyone else suffered similar? Or have any tips on making it less likely?

Not necessarily associated with running, but I get nose bleeds after running when I have hay fever. If you have hay fever it might be the combination of that and running that has caused it. I just make sure I deal with my hay fever before a run and that seems to have reduced how often it happens. :)
