Checking back on my Runkeeper app, I started out averaging between 14 and 12 mins/kph and 8 weeks later I am between 10 and 10.40/kph. This has been partly down to switching to road running and mostly just getting fitter, I think. Run 3 of Week 8 tomorrow morning and then my graduation week next week. I have a target date of my first 5k, but I'm keeping that close to my very ample chest
