Hi all.

2 years ago i started c25k and did a race for life. After a knee, then a pelvic injury fitness went out the window!!

Fast forward to May 2016 I am a stone heavier and extremely unfit but after a weekend trip to the Keswick Mountain Festival cheering on my husband I am now determined to look after myself a bit better and do the 5k in Keswick next year. I have just completed week 2 day 1 and I felt it but I completed and quite enjoyed it. I am a gym member but dont enjoy the treadmill so I am making use of our wonderful outside!!

Good luck to all embarking on the same journey,

Catherine x

All the best, Catkin.

You have the experience of having completed the program before and I am sure you will be fine.
