Evening everyone, completed wk4 run 1 tonight and felt great afterwards!

Never ever thought i'd be able to run for a whole 5 mins! But i did, whoop whoop!

That's the weird thing isn't it, the 3 min one that seemed so long last week now seems not long enough!! I was actually looking forward to the next 5 min run!! How does that happen?!

Congratulations! It's amazing to think how far you come in just a few weeks - a month ago I struggled to run 1 minute at a time and now 3 minutes is easy and even the 5 minute intervals are manageable!
