Really enjoyed it today, feeling very positive. Didn't have any aches and pains after run 2 so am hoping it'll be ok. Definitely recovering quicker. Seeing some (small) progress. Just cannot imagine being able to run 30 minutes when I'm still puffing like a steam train after 90 seconds! Looking forward to week 3. Onwards and upwards. X

It's great feeling the progress and positive changes I was still surprised I could run that long after struggling so much in week 1. I think it was the big week 5 run that really made me believe I could do it, up until then I kept thinking that I'd reach my peak and not be able to go any further. It's a great programme to get your body and mind changing
