Interesting books to read.

Thought I would start a thread about books with a healthy theme. Right now I am re-reading 'Drop Dead Healthy', by A J Jacobs, - One man's humble quest for bodily perfection. It is a funny account of his attempt to do everything that is recommended by the 'experts' to improve his health. He also wrote the book where he tried to live obeying every rule in the bible for a year, he is in the writing tradition of Morgan Spurlock's 'Supersize Me' I am also reading 'Yoga for Wimps' by Miriam Austin. Well not so much reading it as squinting sideways or even upsidedown at the pictures and trying to make out the text, I can't seem to combine attempting yoga postures with my reading glasses on.
