Brilliant well done.👍🏻 I have just completed week 2 10 mins ago as well, so currently basking in the glow of sweat and relief! Especially after having to redo it after overdoing long walks in Amsterdam bank holiday weekend. No pain at all and to think a month ago I was seriously thinking I couldn't break into a jog if my life depended on it!! Roll on week 3 I agree!
