Running in the Coooool ...

Ran one of the Bath 2 Tunnels 10k at the weekend and whilst it was hot, humid and hilly for some of the route the tunnel sections were lovely!!!

I didn't take this picture, but just imagine several hundred runners (plus public cyclists) going up and down these 2 tunnels, one of which was about 1mile long!!

It was a bit of shock coming out into the sun again. The event I took part is was the 2nd of 4 this year. I've signed up for the next 2 as well

Oooh, you have reminded me that I have a similarly appealing in the heat place to run not too far away, thank you! Only ever done it with an electrically assisted bike before though.
