Week 6 Run 2

Completed this morning - never thought I'd say that! However on the cardio side I'm fine it's my legs that I'm struggling with - ache is muscles (I guess) on left leg bottom of shin and both calves. Not bad enough to stop me but bit of a slog when doing longer runs. I stretch after run and pain stops as soon as I walk - any suggestions or will that ease in time?

  • Could you be overstriding?  Maybe try a run with shorter steps and see if that helps?

  • Hi I dont think I can step any shorter I'm barely moving my feet really
