"Officially a runner" again, woo hoo! I am taking longer than I should with this after Achilles probs - longer gaps between runs so getting a bit out of sync with the weeks now. I have been running slower too, and trying for a mid foot (not my usual fore foot) running style. But there was no mistaking this little milestone - and it was great to be out there in the Spring night air, calm and clear tonight, even though we had hail in York earlier on. Hopeful signs.

Well done you! This is a the run that really makes the difference. Forget about the speed for now, you know that will come in time. Sounds like you are enjoying the running, as it is, so stick with it.

You're doing great, glad the ankle held up OK. Go careful.

Your doing great. Just do what is right for you. There is no "should" about this programme.
Hopeful signs indeed. What a nice feeling on achieving that milestone. Sorry to hear about hail in York, however it has now moved south so thank you for sharing that !
