I know I really appreciated mine this morning, after my run... Bliss

There have Been some runs in the summer when I would of loved to of run straight into a waterfall.  I miss a shower we only have a bath, it is nice to have a soak after my run though.

I have a photo of me,taken yonks ago,under a waterfall on the Afon Llyn Edno in North Wales..so hot after a long walk...it was cold...also no cossie..oops😏

I do love a bath too🙂
