Did my first 5k park run on Saturday , turned out a lot easier than I thought, came 67th out of 130 runners with a time of 29.10 ! not bad for an old un !. keep up the good work, you can all do this (and a lot better ) too.

That's an amazing time! I'm still hitting 5km in 33mins so am trying the stamina and speed podcasts to try and improve. Hoping to do a park run in May.
