Well I've completed week3 this morning in the rain. Supposed to of completed last Friday but got a sore throat and raised temperature. All better now. Actually starting to feel fitter and less out of breath which is great news. Week 4 should be interesting with 5 minutes runs. I will take it in my stride.

Well done
Just take each run in week 4 slow and steady. It's quite a jump in running time so pace becomes more important.
Good luck
Yay! Well done you!
