Frosty morning start to my charity Million step challenge.

Up early this morning, have 5 hours driving to look forward to today and a long meeting, so wanted an arly start to a charity challenge that I am starting today. 1 million steps before the end of May. So the wooly hat made an appearance this morning and the gloves and off for a 5k to get some early steps in. 6500 on the counter now. It was ky first early morning run and I must say I quite enjoyed it.  Got my first comments from a passer by today, encouraging ones though so that made me feel great.
