Hi Eve, I am thinking about the next step after graduation too. Which app is recommended?

Stepping stones with Laura or c25k+ which I think is the same one, I'll wait till I'm back in uk then download it had a preview and it looks ok, there are others that continue for 10 k carrying on from wk 9 , but I'm happy to improve my running first , I have committed to two charity runs so ones 2.5 k and the other 5k both fun runs and fancy dress you can walk or run in either so no pressure may try park run did the course on my own not sure about with 400 runners!!
