I'm scared too! At exactly the same point as you in the plan. Not sure how I'll manage the five minutes! At least you know you can run for four! Let us know how you get on. Good luck!

I just forced the extra minute. Tbh when I'm running all I want to do is stop because I'm so tired but when it's all over it's such a great sense of satisfaction to be meeting targets 😀😀😀

That was sneaky happywalker. :)

You don't have to worry about your running though.

The plan is geared up for success and your legs are learning to keep going and your breathing has to adjust, and will as you progress.

Go with the flow and don't get too hung up about the length of the runs. The 'recovery' walks are adjusted too remember. :)

If you really don't feel like you are happy to move on its fine to have another run at the week you are on. Its all good for building up your stamina.

You will be able to do the five minutes, honestly. Slow and steady is the way to go.
