Woke up Yesterday morning and had done something to my back!! Was the day for my WK3R2 but I did everything I could to get rid of it, frozen peas TENS machine but as the day went on it became clear that the run was not going to happen. Lunch time went to a local running store and had my gait done the girl who did it said 'I will explain how the treadmill works and you will start off gently and build up to 6 mph will you be ok with that?' I said 'Well if I fall flat on my face we know I'm not!' As it started up I could feel the pain in my back but kept going and said 'Gosh not used to this! Have not been on a machine like this since 1986!' Well she did the video and have order some shoes I need mild stability so hope these will help. Woke this morning and now both sides of back are in pain. Oh well WK3 will see you again soon. 😪

If this is the first time you have had this problem, I suggest you see your doc. I suffer with back pain, it's awful isn't it. You have my sympathy..

No I've had back problem ever since 1985 when I was at the gym doing leg extensions on the machine and my right foot slipped off and my left leg had to take the full weight and my back went into a 'S' shape went to the docs who said lay on the floor... I went to a Osteopath then and he fixed me ever since then if it gets bad I go to an Osteopath. If you remember the eclipse of 1999 I didn't see much I was on the floor of the lounge waiting for an appointment with the Osteopath. But Thank You for your sympathy.

You didn't miss much tbh. I was in Hungary at the time of the eclipse, which was one of the optimum viewing angles or whatever.

It was a hot sunny day. then it wasn't for quarter of an hour, Then it was again. Somewhat underwhelming. Probably better than lying on an osteopath's carpet in great discomfort, I grant you, but nothing to write home about.

Definitely get it checked out. I remember I was in France...Perigueux. Had a fantastic meal. :)

My son was 3 wks old when that was happening, and I told him all about it and sat on the sofa with him for him to view it and tell his grandchildren (yes, I know, hormones were a little squiffy). He slept through the whole thing which, quite frankly, was the most sensible choice as it was incredibly underwhelming!!! Happy days :)
