Hi folks. I'm currently on week 2 run 2 after starting c25k with my wife. I broke my back in a bike accident over 2 years ago and I'm using this to try to regain some level of the fitness I had before my accident. At that point I could run 12k in an hour. So far so good.

Thanks. I was training hard for tough mudder at the time so lots of running mixed with weights and resistance work to build up strength. I'm finding Laura a big help telling me when to start and stop 😀
