I only managed to get to week 3 before I got runner's knee. I have since taken a break from it and been to see a sports physio. I have been icing it and doing various stretches and also have a knee brace but it's still sore 😂
I haven't ran for a month now and I just want to get back to it.

I had a niggly knee and it was only rest that allowed it to heal. There are different exercised I did to keep fit - swimming, cycling and walking. Been I restarted, I ran slowly and only on soft ground. I have kept away from hard surfaces almost entirely and my leg feels much stronger
