Hello - does anyone suffer from headaches whilst running. I've only noticed this since I started the 3 minute/5 minute runs. I get a headache during my session, and it usually lingers on, sometimes until the next day. I'm currently on W4R2.
Any advice appreciated! Thanks.

I get headaches after exercise that also last into the next day. The doctor did give it a name, but said it is just that exercise does that for some people. I also have to keep blowing my nose when I exercise. It's not just running, swimming does the same. Still, it is probably best you get yourself checked out at your own doctor just to be sure.
I agree that you should get checked out but it could be your posture. I have a tendency to hunch up my shoulders when I'm running, particularly when I'm trying to go a bit quicker. If I don't notice that I'm doing it I end up with stiff shoulders & a headache. To try & avoid this I will try & relax my shoulders & arms during a run. If I have to stop for anything eg crossing a road I'll roll my shoulders & neck to try & loosen up a bit.
I agree with a lot that has been said. I would check it out with your doctor. Main causes can be dehydration, stressed shoulders or sinus, but a little chat and check up with your doc will get to the bottom if it.
Thanks everyone. I have been doing a little research and it looks like they could be tension headaches related to posture etc. But I will also check with my GP just to be sure!
