Very interesting little lecture. Thanks for posting. Have read a bit about this recently. Luckily I don't think I will ever be seen as an endurance athlete, so I think my exercise regime fits! 😀

Hummmmm food for thought! Luckily, like Sandra, I'll never be an endurance athlete, so hopefully my exercise regime fits into the healthy part of the 'U' too!

I LOVE this. Thank you for posting this lecture. Turns out, despite my limited progress with speed/distance, I'm still getting great benefits from running! I feel much better now
