well at least a year ago I came on and managed to get to week 5 or 6 before injury (unrelated to running)

that injury had me out of all exercise for 9months! I still cannot run on order from my physio but im allowed to run on a little trampoline, I know its not quite the same but my ankle cant cope with the impact otherwise

anyway managed w1 r1 last night and very happy about it! I hope that once im allowed to run on the ground my fitness will be much better and it will be easier for me

im very impressed with everyone and I hope that eventually I will also be a runner!

Welcome back. Good luck with the program----its still good exercise even if you are not running outside/ on the ground. Its all better than sitting on the couch.

Good for you! I had considered doing the same if the snow and ice had lingered -my plantar fasciitis niggles very easily if I step wrong :/

I hope your ankle holds up.
