Has anyone suffered from this heel injury? Developed it while doing a workout on a concrete floor (stupid) 4 weeks ago. I've researched the correct stretches, any idea how long I should rest it for?

Plantal Fasciitis
Have you had a diagnosis from a dr/Sports Physio? What did they advise?
If not, do that first. It is not an injury to either self diagnose nor treat on the basis of advice from the internet.
Thanks, used NHS Direct which I found accurate on symptoms. Will follow the advice for a week/10 days to see what happens.
If you found it hasn't improved, I would very much recommend checking it out now when it first develops. I know a couple of people who have had it and kept putting off seeing someone about it- they didn't think it was that bad- and it is definitely an injury that is best to sort out early while its mild, and the fascia still has a chance to recover.
Some tips include rolling your foot out on a rolling pin or tennis ball, regularly icing (you can even roll on an icy water bottle) and RESTING (the most important of all).
I would 100% see someone though because the other option is orthotics which are expensive but can really really help. Furthermore there are ultrasound treatments that are supposed to help but cant be done if you let it get bad and tear the fascia. Not to sound scary but basically there are loads of things you can do early on to stop it being bad, but the longer it is left the less options there are.
Advice courtesy of a medical student with a mum with plantar fasciitis haha
I have suffered with this and ended up taking 3 weeks out! I'm not sure but think it could all be linked to some knee and hip pain which I had over a year ago - could just be coincidence?!?! I was not happy about it as you can imagine. It happened to me whilst at the gym and before I embarked on C25K... so was lucky that it did not interfere with my running programme.
I still get twinges in my foot periodically, at the gym, when running and sometimes when out for a nice long walk - but it is so much better now than it was.
I agree with Rignold's advise in that if you have not seen a doctor/sports physio etc. it would be worth having it checked out just in case it is something else or as well as...
As per Beatricerose's advice, roll it out - you can buy rollers specifically for this type of use or use a rolling pin/bottle or something similar. You can also get insole arch supports - I tried these and they took a bit of getting used to and once I purchased a 'decent' pair of trainers I stopped using them. I still have them just in case.
Hope you/your foot is feeling better soon.
I'm prone to it and the thought of it makes me shiver! Worth getting advice and possibly some orthotics to help you avoid it in future..
