Hi, as it is my second attempt I jumped a run after wk5 r3. It's cold and I really didn't fancy any cool downs between runs. So two blocks of 10 minutes suited me just right.
Tried a new route which wasn't so great. Two hills and lots of commuters to run past. So won't be doing that one again.
Looking forward to the next run, scheduled in for Sat; hopefully it won't be too frosty in the New Forest.

Well done on the run. Block runs are so much easier than stop starts, I'm really looking for to my next run. Oh, I'm at the same stage as you on the programme.
